This 3-day program runs from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Day 1 & 2, and until 1 p.m. on Day 3, ending with a graduation ceremony.

Isabelle Vladoiu is a highly respected expert in diplomatic protocol with an esteemed reputation both in Washington, DC and around the globe. With over a decade of experience in NGO Diplomacy, and as the founder of the US Institute of Diplomacy and Human Rights, she has trained over 15,000 professionals. Her expertise has been shared with individuals, policy makers in Congress, government officials, and leaders of international organizations.
Isabelle is also an accomplished author, having written the best-selling book "Business Etiquette Secrets". Her contributions to humanity have been recognized by two Presidents of the United States, who awarded her in 2018 and 2022. AIRPORT:
Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) is the closest location (approx. 25 minutes to office via Uber). There are other airports available also: IAD International Dulles Airport (approx. 45 min); and Baltimore Airport (BWI) this is the farthest at 1 hour distance.
Our office is located very central close to the White House. The area is called Dupont Circle. There are plenty of hotels in the Dupont Circle or Logan Circle area that are within walking distance of the office. Keep in mind that Washington, DC is an expensive destination so usually hotels are a minimum of $200-$300 per night.
